NUTREND Homes Sunshine Coast is seeking a Residential Estimator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be positive, flexible and highly motivated with a passion for accuracy and detail. Excellent communication skills are a must as daily tasks involve liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and fellow employees.

The Role
Work alongside a well-established team of Senior Estimators
Sales and construction estimating
Preparing detailed specification documents
Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors
Cost control management
Excellent computer skills
Become Part of

Key Requirements
Experience using constructor software
An extremely high understanding of the new home build process from start to finish
Drive to meet deadlines and targets
Ability to support Senior Estimators efficiently
Strong communication skills
Local Experience is required to be considered for this role
Ability to work efficiently and accurately
Willing to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Strong problem solving skills
