Commercial Estimator

NUTREND Homes is seeking a skilled Commercial Estimator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be positive, flexible and highly motivated with a passion for accuracy and detail. Excellent communication skills are a must as daily tasks involve liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and fellow employees.

The Role
Undertake work on challenging large-scale Projects
Tendering, estimating and preparation of quotations
Reviewing main contract and sub-contract documents and verifying accuracy
Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients and subcontractors
A good understanding of commercial construction and methodology

Key Requirements
3-5 Years experience estimating on commercial projects i.e. townhouses, commercial fit outs, commercial buildings.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately
Drive to meet deadlines and targets
Experience using recognised Estimating Software
Local Experience is required to be considered for this role
