Experienced Residential Draftsperson

NUTREND Homes Sunshine Coast is seeking a Residential Draftsperson to join our team! The ideal candidate will be positive, flexible and highly motivated with a passion for accuracy and detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must.

The Role
Co-ordinate, produce & deliver accurately site plans, sales plans, working drawings, variations, and final construction plans
Creative thinking and design solutions
Maintain and develop relationships with our sales & estimating department
Constantly develop thorough knowledge of our products, services and processes

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role
Strong proficiency Revit
Diploma Building Design or Drafting preferred
Attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and accurately
Strong understanding of NCC/QDC and Council Requirements
