NUTREND Homes Sunshine Coast is seeking a skilled Qualified Carpenter to join our team!

We require someone with a hard work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, must be punctual and be able to listen and follow instructions clearly and be confident in covering all aspects of carpentry.

The Role
We will require someone capable of carrying out the following: new builds, apartments, townhouses, high end residential, shop fit outs & maintenance works.
We specialise in all aspects of carpentry including framing, lockup, fix, cladding & decking and are looking for a carpenter efficient in these areas of carpentry.

Key Requirements
Trade Qualified
Ability to work efficiently and accurately
Ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations
Ensuring adherence to local job site safety rules and regulations
Be able to read and decipher plans
Highly organised and methodical in all aspects
Be able to manage & demonstrate to apprentices
Current Open Drivers Licence
Reliable transport with all own tools for all aspects of carpentry
Have OH&S White Card
