Residential Supervisor

NUTREND Homes Sunshine Coast is seeking a skilled Residential Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will be positive, flexible and highly motivated with a passion for accuracy and detail. Excellent communication skills are a must as daily tasks involve liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and fellow employees.

The Role
Coordinate trades and manage overall site performance of entire home construction process
Meeting and liaising with clients on site and over the phone
Managing build time frames
Maintaining strict Occupational Health & Safety regulation
Liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth running of material deliveries, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub contractors and fellow employees

Key Requirements
3 Years’ Experience minimum Supervising residential building of homes; preferably volume
Ability to work efficiently and accurately
Flexible and strong problem solving techniques to ensure build process runs smoothly and seamlessly
Highly organised and methodical in all aspects
A carpentry background is preferred
Computer/email savvy
Current Open Drivers’ Licence
Team Player
A strong network of your own quality trades in the Northern Sunshine Coast/Gympie area will be beneficial
