Sales Manager – New Home Sales

NUTREND Homes is an established and reputable residential building company that is growing in the QLD market. We currently have 3 Display homes and a growing team of sales consultants. Seeking a motivated & inspirational Sales Manager to assist that growth and development.

The Role
Managing Sales Team and assist with recruiting and training of sales individuals
Integral part of our leadership team that is responsible for driving and motivating sales team as well as breeding and encouraging good company cultures and relationships
Travelling to various display home locations to offer continued support to sales team
Constantly develop thorough knowledge of our products, services and processes
Identifying customer trends and developing appropriate sales strategies and business plans
Driving sales Strategies and Targets through demonstration and leadership
Building strong network partnerships and leading by example for sales team to do the same

Key Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years in a Sales Managers role
Strong leadership and support skills
Diploma Building Design or Drafting is highly favourable
Ability to work under pressure, problem solve and be diligent in all aspects of daily tasks
A passion for exceptional customer service
A strong ability to build a rapport with colleagues, employees and clients
A strong understanding and proven track record of KPI’s, CRM knowledge also an advantage
