Our high quality, luxury inclusions will blow you away. Here at Nu Trend Quality Homes we really do offer the complete package. Full turnkey builds with one upfront cost so there are no surprises at the end of the build … all you have to do is move in.
Our guaranteed build time of just 14 weeks* will get you into your new home sooner, however with this super-fast build time there is no compromise on quality or finishes. You will know when to expect to move in and have peace-of-mind around the building process.
Everyone is different but each of us know what we like when we see it. The Nu Trend Design Studio is a space for you to choose every aspect of your home’s personality. With our expert team, it’s never been easier to bring all your ideas to life.
Our Signature Upgrades gives you the freedom to add the luxury items you’ve been looking for to make your dream home a reality. Select from complete upgrade packages, or simply choose particular items. You have the freedom to create the home that matches your lifestyle.
*14 week build time refers to single storey standard plan designs only.
Longer build times will apply to all Altered standard plans, Altered Inclusions, Two Storey Plans and Custom Designs.
Weather events may incur additional but reasonable delays in construction.
Nu Trend’s Building Process
1. Land
Let us help you to find the perfect block of land through our strong network of land agents & developers.
Alternatively, if you have land already, simply provide us with the relevant details.
Another option is our Knockdown Rebuild Programme that allows you to stay right where you are – but in a brand new home!
2. New Home Design
Choose from one of our modern new home designs. We have options to suit all land sizes and budgets.
Review our amazing inclusions or if you are looking for that extra wow factor then select from our luxury upgrades.
We will provide you with an itemised estimate for your approval so you know exactly what you are getting right from the start.
3. Agreement & Colour Selections
Attend your HIA Contract signing appointment which includes your final specifications.
Pay your balance 5% deposit upon contract signing, or within 7 days.
Time to meet with our experienced colour consultants in the Nu Trend Design Studio to choose your colours, tiles and floor coverings.
Whilst this is happening your plans are being submitted for council approval.
4. Construction
Enjoy watching the fast pace of your new home being built by Nu Trend Quality Homes.
We will make scheduled on site appointments with you
so that you are kept well informed every single step of the way ensuring you are 100% happy with the build and its progress.
5. Move In
Time to pop the champagne your home is ready for handover!
Once you have your keys all you need to do is move in and begin making memories in your beautiful new home.
From here you’re all ready to go, all you need to do is unpack your furniture!
