Whilst we aim to maintain accuracy at all times, there can be unforeseen variables on house and land packages. Prices and Inclusions may change or vary. These packages are not FIXED PRICE, and all final pricing is subject to (but not limited to) site investigation, survey, soil tests and management approval. We are flexible on inclusions and happy to alter/change to suit your requirements/budget/needs.

Photos, images, artist impressions and floor plans are to be used as a guide only, inclusions, layout, sizes may vary and are used for marketing purposes only.

Land purchase is through the developer (Stockland) directly. Building contract through NuTrend Homes.

$10,000 Spring Offer is as a discount/reduction of overall build price, it is not to be redeemed as cash, credit, or rebate of any kind.

Spring Campaign is on selected blocks only in the Aura Estate.

Spring Campaign will run from August 26^th, 2023 – October 30^th, 2023.
